Our vaporized rice is a long-grain rice, rich in fiber and minerals. It always remains loose and consistent, never overcooks; we can prepare dishes an hour or more in advance, and it always stays as if freshly made.

Specially recommended to keep it in the refrigerator once cooked and to be able to use it later.
